Why?
Why do we do what we do?
That's what we need to ask ourselves.
If we don't know why, then what is the purpose?
The why is vital.
The why is what pushes us.
Motivates us.
Carries us forward.
Why do we exercise?
Why do we try to eat healthy?
Why are we after the dreams we are reaching for?
Have a conversation with yourself.
Write it down.
Write down your whys.
Then, on the days when you want to throw the towel in.
The days you want to walk away.
Look at it.
Remind yourself of the value in your goals,
Your dreams.
Remember why.
